Cancellation & Deposit Policy

In this busy world we live in sometimes appointments are forgotten or things happens. Your appointments are very important to us. However, due to the number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations which we have been experiencing we have made the decision to introduce a deposit scheme.

We require 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule.

To secure your appointment a 25% deposit will be taken on appointments at the time of your booking.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to your new appointment as long as you have given at least 48 hours’ notice.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given your deposit will be non-refundable.

In the event you fail to show for your appointment, a small cancellation fee of £15.00 will be added to your next booking.
