RE-OPENING INFORMATION

It has been suggested that provided everything goes according to plan salons may reopen on July 4th. This is not set in stone however we are aiming for this date and keeping our fingers crossed. As soon as we are given the go ahead we will be making the appointments. How will the appointment be made? We will be prioritising those clients whose appointments were cancelled during the closure of the salon. We will endeavour to get everybody an appointment .Once we have made these appointments we will then open up the diary to all of you who require new appointments. Please be patient we will get to you. We have a reschedule list. If you were cancelled you are on our list. If you would like to be added to our new waiting list please email your request to info@phoenixhair.co.uk Those appointments already booked for July will remain booked.

WE HAVE MADE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE SALON

Government guidelines have been laid out to ensure that we maintain the safety of our staff and of our clients.

  • Please do not arrive for your appointment earlier than your designated time.
  • Where possible can you please attend your appointment on your own.
  • Please wait to be invited in to the salon where someone will book you in.
  • On arrival please sanitise your hands with provided sanitiser or use the hand wash facilities.
  • Please arrive with minimal coats and jackets ,we will then ask you to hang your own coats and jackets up on the coat rail.
  • Once we are open appointments can be made via phone, Facebook, Instagram or email.
  • Card payment will be our preferred payment method. We have already removed magazines prior to the closure. Please by all means bring your own kindle or tablet.
  • Refreshments will still be available by way of disposable recyclable cups. (Water, coffee and hot chocolate.

HOME HAIR FIXES

We appreciate it’s been a long time since you have been able to have your hair coloured in the salon however if you have applied a home colour kit to your hair we will not be able to colour your hair without taking a strand test and a new skin test. This is due to the incompatibility of some home hair dyes with salon colours and possible reactions. We want to make sure we can get you back to looking great with great conditioned hair and to do this we need to take these precautionary steps first.
